I’m a creative thinker, product design leader, and problem solver with 25+ years of experience creating cohesive, end-to-end customer experiences across industries and platforms. As a player-coach, I balance hands-on design craft with leading and scaling high-performing teams—establishing processes that strengthen collaboration, execution, and design excellence. My expertise lies in shaping product vision, strategy, and roadmaps that drive innovation—most recently in workplace experience solutions and across portfolio companies as a Designer in Residence at a VC firm.

Earlier in my career, I also helped develop and teach the New Media graduate program at the Academy of Art University in San Francisco, where I mentored the next generation of designers. My background spans startups, agencies, and Fortune 500 companies, including Apple, Adobe, Intuit, and Visa—giving me the versatility to navigate both iterative releases and long-term product visions, while consistently driving impact at scale.
